• You are requested to discuss the following points, applying the concepts from the course, and supporting your research and justification with specific
examples and data when possible.
o Select 2 disruptive technologies: Artificial Intelligence, Big Data, Virtual Reality, Artificial Reality, IoT, Automation and Robotics, 3D printing, etc.
Describe them and focus on the functionalities of each of them for businesses.
o For each technology, identify a company that is using it and develop a business analysis. Discuss how the company is leveraging on this
technology, how this technology is integrated in the business (which business areas, processes, etc. are involved), in which ways this generates
value, outlining the competitive advantage and opportunities it brings, as well as differences vs traditional businesses not using this technology.
o Evaluate the impact and potential of these technologies in business, based on the previous points as well as risks, disadvantages or key aspects
to consider when integrating them in business.
